Dinesh is a Partner with Felix Advisory. Dinesh has professional experience of over 21 years in corporate and International tax advisory, litigation and compliance services. Dinesh has handled multiple tax matters in sectors like manufacturing, power, infrastructure, metal, mining, information technology, Agri, defense, FMCG, etc.

Previously he has worked with Big4 consulting firms (EY, KPMG, PwC) for 17 years. Served as Tax partner with KPMG & PwC, specialising in direct and international taxation. Post consulting career of 17 years, Dinesh has worked as Tax Head for Hindustan Zinc Ltd and Jindal Steel & Power Ltd.

Dinesh has rich experience on various tax aspects like tax due diligence, complex matters in international taxation, inbound and outbound tax matters, domestic tax laws, litigation, mutual agreement procedure under tax treaty network, SEZ, etc. Dinesh has served broad range of International clients and various Indian conglomerates in their internal restructuring initiatives, Outbound / Inbound transactions, joint ventures and succession planning for large family houses.
