- Join our experienced team and work on high quality engagements involving MNCs, Indian conglomerates as well as high growth Start-ups operating across a diverse range of industries.
- Gain exposure to working on a diverse nature of Accounting, Compliance and Assurance engagements performed including accounting support, compliance support for Direct Tax, Indirect Taxes and regulatory requirements, special management audit, etc.

Roles & responsibilities
- Quickly develop understanding of the management consulting industry, services offered and key drivers of services for understanding customer needs and requirements
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Taking up monthly/ quarterly targets in terms of # of leads generated, # of meetings , revenue generated, etc.
- Updating proposals and sales presentations.
- Circulation of corporate communication
- Research for identifying prospective clients and developing relations. Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads to kick off the sales process
- Managing and updating current and prospective client data base including maintaining and expanding your pipeline of prospects
- Up-selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships
- Routing qualified opportunities for further development and closure

Skill Required
In order to be considered for this role, your competencies will cover the broad scope of Accounting and Assurance services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High quality interpersonal skills, integrity and credibility
- Prior Experience of 1-4 years in Sales, Presales or Inside sale.
- Ability to quickly interpret the problem or solution area
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
- Any prior experience in management consulting services will be an added advantage.
