Devratt Sharda is Chartered Accountant, Qualified in 2007. Devratt has over 16 years of experience in Process & Risk Advisory Services. Currently, he is a Partner with the Process Advisory Division of Felix and specialized in Business & Process Consulting and Forensic Services.

During his 16+ years career, he has worked for KPMG, EY, Barclays and RBSA Financial Advisors. He has led large teams on advisory assignments involving Process Setup and Internal Audits on a variety of clients, mainly from India, US and Europe region.

Devratt Sharda is specialized in Internal Audit, Process Designing, ASM & Investigations. He has handled Internal Audit Assignments for multiple clients, including onsite international assignments. Proven expertise in handling process setup and internal audit for new age companies/ start-ups and established his capability in suggesting implementable solution based on maturity level of clients.

Expertise in International Requirement and conducted multiple SOX assignments (including IFC & ICoFR). He has handled Agency for Specialized Monitoring (ASM) and Revenue audits on behalf of lenders for large defaulters.
