Rahul Khandelwal

Rahul is a qualified Charted Account and holds more than 15 years of experience. He was earlier an Associate Director at Client Associates and headed Venture Investments for Family Offices & HNI’s. He has been instrumental in creating many partnerships with offshore Investors, VC Funds & IB offices from China, Japan, South Korea and has been advising on their India entry strategy & investments. He was also a part of Venture Capital Fund “Lumis Partners”. He is also an active angel investor and some of his key expertise include due diligence, valuation, financial modeling and budgeting, fund raise, business development and portfolio management.

Sharat Chandra

Partner – Technology Advisory & Implementation

Sharat Chandra is an emerging tech evangelist, keynote speaker, mentor and advisor to multiple startups in blockchain, fintech, and automation domain. He is on the Board of Executive Council for Global Impact Fintech Foundation (GIFT) and leading initiatives at Data Security Council of India (Bangalore Chapter), a not-for-profit, industry body on data protection in India, set up by NASSCOM®. He also leads the India Chapter of Government Blockchain Association (GBA). He is associated with various policy think tanks and advocacy bodies viz Data Security Council of India, Fintech Connector and Hyderabad Fintech Forum. He has also served as an advisor in companies like Atlantico Network, Freldo and ABBC Foundation.

Vivek Kumar

Vivek Kumar is a fellow member (FCS) of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and is also a registered Insolvency Professional (IP) under IBC 2016 with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). He holds more than 20 years in Company Law, SEBI, Securities Laws, FEMA, Legal Due Diligence, Debt Syndication & Transaction Documents, Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions, Listings and Capital Market Transactions, Corporate structuring, and regulatory compliances. He has previously worked with corporates like Hindustan Power Group, IREO Private Limited, Abhijeet Group, Spentex Industries Limited, Jain Studios Limited and Shonkh Technologies Int’l Limited. His area of practice includes insolvency and bankruptcy (IBC), corporate laws, SEBI Matters, RBI/FEMA Matters, Merger-Demerger of companies and Legal Due Diligence.
