Jatin Kumar is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of extensive experience in Direct Tax Advisory, Litigation, Compliance and Regulatory Services. He holds a commerce degree from Delhi University and began his career in 2006 as an Accountant specializing in accounting and tax compliance.
Jatin possesses deep expertise in advising clients over various facets of India and international taxation, amongst others. He also has rich experience in advising clients on inbound investment strategies, transaction structuring and on issues relating to Foreign Direct Investment and exchange control regulations.
He also has extensive experience in managing litigation, including representation before the Commissioner of Appeals, on various issues related to Income tax and TDS.
