CS Manisha Rawat is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Bachelor of Law& Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University. She has vast experience of over fourteen years in Company Law, SEBI, FEMA, Corporate structuring, and other corporate law compliances. She is also a registered Insolvency Professional under IBC 2016. She had the privilege of being actively associated in the formation and functioning of many Corporate Houses along with rendering of professional services in the areas of Corporate Law Compliances and Management. To name few, she has closely worked with corporates like Ansal Buildwell Ltd., IREO Private Limited, JV companies of Ascendas (Singapore based company) in India, Hindustan Power, Shalimar paints Ltd. Jindal Group, NIIT Limited …..and the list goes on. Her area of practice includes company law compliances, secretarial record maintenance, SEBI Matters, Liaison at ROC and RD offices, merger-demerger of companies, Secretarial Audit, incorporation and post compliances of companies, LLP & societies, RBI matters, NCLT matters like compounding of offences Revival of struck off companies etc.
