Prashant has over 10 years of experience in process and risk advisory services. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Diploma of Information Systems Auditor, and certified in Forex and Treasury Management from ICAI. Currently, he is associated with the Process and Risk Advisory Division of Felix.

Prashant’s area of expertise includes internal audits, process improvement and implementation, risk assessment, cost-saving assignments, implementation of internal control and compliance frameworks, documentation of standard operating procedures and policies, handling investigations, managing special projects, and enterprise resource planning implementation support.

During his more-than-a-decade-long career, he has worked for Ernst & Young, Dr. Lal PathLabs, and InterGlobe group. He has led teams on advisory assignments involving process setup and internal audits.
